| Notes for Ann ADKINS | After her brother in law Robert died Ann's sister Susannah had all the Fisher and Adkins men who could claim rights to her or Ann's financial estates to sign a covenant that they would not make any claim in any court for their money. They all signed in 1801 and their money was administered by Thomas Fisher, Banker, on the ladies behalf for life.
